Best experience with the boutique employees. They maintain good rapport with the customers. Punctual with appointments as well. Zara, was the person who attended my appointment always. She brings a positive energy and helps me with the dress fitting and tell what suits me and what she could do to make everything better. Thankyou Zara:)

I had absolutely the worst experience with them, all they care about is the money what the bride wants is their last concern. They made me pay full for a bridal dress and they didn't even bother making any changes to the dress even after trying it for 4 times, and on top of that accusing me of tearing the dress just so they claim the security deposit. It seems that they're used to doing it with other customers since they charge a huge amount for the deposit. I dont recommend this shop at all. Not now not ever.

I loved the professionalism, courtesy and sympathy at Al Dakar Couture. Long story short... I did a 3 days stop-over in Dubai and decide to look for my wedding dress. Went there on my first day (Monday) and it was love at first sight with one dress of 2020 collection . And the team was so kind and worked really hard on alterations needed on the dress and a took it with me on Wednesday before leaving Dubai. I loved everything there and super recommend to all brides looking for their exclusive wedding dress. Excellent service quality
